Kenneth H. McAvoy serves as President of Informa Markets’ South Florida Ventures division, and as its Executive Vice President of Corporate Development. 

As President of the South Florida Ventures group, he manages a portfolio of consumer-facing events in the Art, Beauty, Boating, Jewelry and Yachting industries. He also manages the company’s North American Operations business, with Core Operations, Housing, Registration, Procurement and Customer Success teams all reporting into him. Prior to joining Informa Markets in 2015, Ken had a storied 15-year as Senior Vice President of Reed Exhibitions. Before taking on this expanded role leading both functional and commercial teams, Ken provided strategic support on mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, venue relationships, and supplier consolidation issues, in an effort to expand the global company’s scale and reach.
